This week I struggled in the beginning when editing our One Shot Story project. However, after asking questions I got a hang of it and I knew exactly what I was doing. While working on our creative journal I thought I would be no where near 3 pages long, but once I sat and thought about it, I had great ideas come to mind. I see myself becoming more patient with things around me and cant wait to see what else I overcome.
I'm glad you see that you were able to exercise your patience and see value in that. Seems like you're going to continue to work on patience with projects that take extended periods of time to complete. How can you see this skill working for you in the future?
I believe the standard A2.3 is the one that helped me. While thinking of two characters for my creative journal dialogue I just drew two characters and figured to use them in my screenplay writing. Which were Spongebob and Patrick. I can see patience working great for me in the future when I go to college and in work. Patience is important
Most frustrating with editing projects was figuring out where things go and placing them in the right place.
Most helpful thing with editing was knowing where to put your videos on the timeline and know where to go from there.
Biggest success was getting used to it and know exactly what you will do next time.
Going on computers and figuring things out and learning new things that you didn't know about computers, can help you in the future when you have a job.
Film is an unique artistic language because it allows you to record what we see with our eyes and allows it to be put on camera. It captures what our eyes see and allows us to look back at it for another time.
Watching Metropolis was boring but it helped me be more patient in life. Also it got interesting at the end. I'm applying info we are learning and putting it to filming when we go out and film. Also, while we are filming we are thinking about what are the best shots to record and how we are going to edit them.
bruh youre the goat of directing keep it up
I want to go to college. My plans are to pass the rest of my classes and go to college. In order to get to college I have to study hard. I will continue to work hard and finish my senior year strong :)
I am finding connections by realizing how different it was when movies were made back then. Lot of stuff changed and film is different now but also there's similarity. When I watch film I notice what kind of shot they are shooting and how they are editing out the clips they don't need.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
